ISO Lead Key Requirements
The ISO Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001) at the client place with a strong focus on internal audits, compliance, and closure of audit findings.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems across eBOS Manufacturing operations.
* Develop, plan, and conduct internal ISO audits across production, maintenance, stores, and logistics.
* Raise, track, and follow up on audit findings, ensuring timely and effective closure of non-conformities in coordination with process owners.
* Verify effectiveness of corrective actions through follow-up audits and evidence review.
* Support and lead management review meetings, including preparation of audit and performance reports.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO certification bodies and external auditors.
* Coordinate external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Safety, or a related field.
Experience
* Proven experience in leading ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audits
* 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing quality and/or OH&S management systems.
* Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and managing audit closures.

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and risk-based thinking
* Working knowledge of quality and improvement tools (FMEA, SPC, RCA, CAPA)
* Excellent audit planning, documentation, and reporting skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across shop-floor teams
* Ability to drive compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
